We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the UK.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our Order Tracking Page. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We do not provide free return labels.
Where do I send my return?
Returns must be sent to our partner warehouse in China. Please contact us at info@chiaralondon.com before sending any items back to receive the Return Form and instructions.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window, the order enters our automated processing system and cannot be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund is typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
