Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order only within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, the order enters processing and cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition.
- Unworn, unwashed, or altered, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
- All items must be returned in a single parcel.
- Returns must use the same service as the original delivery.
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact our customer service team via email at info@chiaralondon.com
(2) Provide a photo and description of the damaged or incorrect item along with the order number.
Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will contact you to resolve the matter. Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
- Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
- Clothing or footwear showing signs of use.
- Bras.
Returns:
If the size is not suitable or you would like to exchange for another colour, you may return the item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have the brand label attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
When returning an item:
Please make sure your return parcel is clearly marked as a return (by ticking the box on the postal form). The total value of the returned items must also be included.
Damaged and Defective Products:
We recommend checking all packaging upon delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Your refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the return, usually within 10 business days from dispatch.
